Fabricating structural steel is a highly specialised process that calls for accuracy and knowledge. To create structural components, raw steel materials – typically steel plates, sheets, or sections – must be obtained. These are then cut, shaped, welded, and assembled. After that, these parts are moved to construction sites and put in place to create the framework for other structures like bridges and buildings. Any construction project’s ability to succeed rests on how well the structural steel is fabricated. For this reason, it’s crucial to use the right techniques and follow best practices to guarantee the final product’s structural integrity, durability, and safety.

Our team has extensive industry experience working on projects ranging from straightforward structural frames to intricate custom-built structures. Our skills include surveying, engineering, designing, and fabricating structural steel work using a variety of steel types, including carbon, stainless, and aluminium.

We can work with a wide range of materials, including brass, aluminium, all grades of carbon and stainless steel, engineered plastics, and many more, thanks to our manufacturing experience. This allows us to meet the needs of the client by producing a wide range of sheet metal work assemblies, structural steel fabrications, prefabricated pipe work, and manifolds in conjunction with the skilled fabrication staff.

The following procedures can be used after manufacture: heat treatment, blast cleaning, galvanising, fusion-bonded epoxy coatings, and other specialised coatings. Our ability to dress stainless steel fabrications enables them to be finished to a high degree, including the removal of oxidation marks and the reapplication of grain to brushed finished items.
